Shipping Information:
UPS ground, 3 days select, 2nd day air and next day air service will be available for your convenience. UPS ground service will be the basic and economy delivery service for general needs unless the expedite service has been required.

Damage Or Shortage Claims:
Please make sure to check the package upon its arrival and refuse the damaged package. All inside damage or shortage must be reported to us within 48 hours after receiving the merchandise.

Merchandise Return Policy:
For returns received, we will refund the original purchase price less the shipping cost. Returned merchandise must be unused in its original package in good condition. A 20% restocking charge of the invoice amount will be applied to all returns. No merchandise can be returned for credit or exchange without authorization. No return will be accepted after 30 days of the invoice date. This return policy does not apply to special order items.
