Warm Water Therapy Powder

Si Gua Luo ( Retinervus Luffae Fructus), Shu Di Huang (Radix Rehmanniae Preparata), Yi Yi Ren (Coix Seed), Ru Xiang (Frankincense), Mo Yao (Myrrh), Dang Gui (Angelica Sinensis), Gui Zhi (Cassia Twig), Fang Feng (Radix Saposhnikoviae Divaricatae), Sang Zhi (Mulberry Twig), Qiang Huo (Incised Notopterygium Rhizome or Root)，Du Huo (Root of Doubleteeth Pubescent Angelica), Dan Shen (Salvia Miltiorrhiza)
Suggested Use:
1. Pour warm water in a clean basin with 3 grams (about 5 spoons) of Joint Touch powder. Use enough water to fully cover hands, feet, or other joints with warm water, but please donﾒt over-dilute the powder.
2. Soak in the Joint Touch solution for 8 to 10 minutes until it cools down. Do fingers or toes curl exercise 3 to 5 times while submerging in the solution. Clean the soaked area using warm water afterwards.
3. For TMJ syndrome, soak a paper towel in the Joint Touch solution for 1 minute, take the towel out and fold it into a rectangle, apply the hot pad to the painful jaw joint area. Repeat several times until the solution cools down. Clean the area using warm water afterwards.
